Software is the force multiplier that will make or break our company. We’re building a new class of reusable space systems, and that calls for a new class of software to simplify our business, engineering, manufacturing, and flight operations. As the first dedicated software developer at an early stage start up, you will help define the software stack that delivers on this vision. You will own the entire software lifecycle, from system design to implementation, release, operation, and continuous iterative improvement. You will work on every layer of the full system stack, from identifying and integrating third party SaaS solutions when appropriate, to designing and implementing custom systems and APIs when needed. You – and the team you will help build – will work directly with managers, buyers, designers, production engineers, test engineers, flight controllers, and other specialists to help them move fast.

Your work will impact every piece of the company, and you will therefore have a foundational effect on the success of the organization. You must be ready to stay focused, move fast, self-direct, and learn on the fly.
