Description

Reusable launch systems are the key to seamlessly connecting Earth and space. An instrumental ingredient to making reusable launch vehicles is the ability to move fast. As an Application Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting engineers and technicians to set up and maintain internal and external applications. You must be ready to stay focused, move fast, self-direct, and learn on the fly.

Responsibilities

  • Responds to support inquiries
  • Administers SaaS application configuration, including but not limited to billing and user administration
  • Implements IT system changes as requested
  • Develops processes to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of requested changes
  • Becomes an expert at in-house job functions and those functions’ interaction with in-house and external applications
  • Creates supporting documentation for in-house applications and processes
  • Deeply understands and champions simplicity for each user’s interactions with in-house and external applications

Qualifications

  • Exceptional command of fundamentals
  • 2+ years of experience in related role
  • Ability to learn all STOKE’s internal software
  • Experience or willingness to learn all aspects of in-house and external applications
  • Familiar with or previously created documentation for processes
